    Hi,

    I want to start learning python.. so my first program will be like usually "Hello World"

    So I write:

    #!usr/bin/python2.6

    print "Hello, world!"

    My OS is Ubuntu so it should be the right path.

    I save this code as 1.py on my desktop.

    Now i open the terminal and type cd Desktop .

    then i type in the terminal: ./1.py and what I get is this:

    bash: ./1.py: usr/bin/python2.6: Defekter Interpreter: No such file or directory

    what went wrong? O.o

    Edit: got it, I forgot a '/' in front of usr, it must be #!/usr/bin/python2.6

    closed
