Help crouch lag

Hi. I need help with crouch spam.I don't know how to do it properly and fast

1. Wrong section

2. Crouch spam is now bannable

3. I just defined the SPACE button for crouching and layed jump on ALT. It is easier for me to spam space than strg.

U Can use macros But crouch isn't worth anymore
