Ghbsys public loader problem

Hi there , i'm facing these problems :

i got windows 8.1 once i open cmd as admin and writing the command bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

an error occur:

the value is protected by secure boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted : then i cannot turn off DEP..

second: if i open the client as admin with firewall and antivirus off : the loder says in public section : disabled

and in the chat section comes out disconnected from the server for unknown reason

how can i solve this ?

When I open tha game I see the hack menu when the white man finished running and tell me connecting the game crash out !! plz help me
