Nope, that's just IP Address.

IP Address and HWID are totally different things...

HWID Serial Number format: XXXX-XXXX, using symbols like 0-9, A, B, C, D, E, F.

Example: 9D23-01H3

MAC ADDRESS is something else beside HWID and IP Address.

This is another way they use to keep rule/game breakers outside the game.

Every Game Publisher has their own way to stop these people.

If you really want to change your HWID, you have to use programs or you have to do it yourself.

Also u can try to use Harddiskserialnumberchanger but i would uninstall combat before if u got a existing account

Das geht auch nicht hab es selbst mit einem VPN versucht
