Question Combat Arms Public Hacks is disabled?

Well i just downloaded and got the GHBsys public hacks, for combat arms, but in the hacks thing, it says that combat arms hacks is disabled, why is it disabled? i need help

oh btw, i didn't download any dlls or something, i just downloaded the client.rar and put the launcher and all the files inside combat arms eu folder, where i can launch combat arms :3 anyone help pls?

 

EDIT Again:

if i had to get any DLLs, where do i get them?, it said no instructions in the thread of how to inject the game and where to get the DLLs and everything.

These are just enabled. You can use them for free.

Yo guys, is the public CA hacks ever gonna get enabled? i didn't find any other hacks to use and all the hacks i found were either outdated or a trojan/pc hijacker, why is it down for anyways?
