Windows 10 and admin rights?

Yoooo, does this work for windows 10? and also, I'm trying to extract it to a folder but my laptop is literally denying it, saying it cant be done etc. I literally copy and paste the password but it tells me i dont have the admin rights to do so, the only account i have on here is mine which is an Admin for this laptop. why won't it let me extract it

You need to follow the loader tutorial which will tell you that your antivirus blocked the loader and deleted it and thats why you're having issues. If you dont have an antivirus then its your firewall/window defender

Nevermind, it worked for a minute but now It keeps denying it again, it also wont let me rename it now

Like i said, something is blocking the loader. Your firewall/antivirus is probably deleting it and then now its blocking the update process. You need to make sure its disable and then whitelist it afterwards.
