    Hey people,

    So lemme ask you this! 

    (1) As a working IT-professional what are the two biggest issues you're dealing with?

    (2) Regarding your social skills / professional communication skills / teamwork skills, what would you wish for more than anything else?

    Starting to code as a kid secluded in my own room having little social interaction, I know that it can be hard to function in society or with people. Now I'm looking for tech professionals that are already working and still find trouble with social interaction in their working environment. We can help others a great deal when you answer these two simple questions here.
