      Just don't cheat too obvious. Don't go headshot after headshot. Don't voicespam/chatspam ingame. What I recommend you to turn on if you want to cheat would be something like ESP (Visuals), No Spread and the weapon spoofer (for weapons only obviously). You might use ghost aim x2 on chest for a little bit of support as well but that's really it. You shouldn't get banned if you don't go too obvious but that's not 100% safe and it will never be :)

      Is it a new PayPal account? Are you sure that your PayPal account is fully activated and able to take transactions?
