Designing a hybrid of 4chan and Reddit. Need your help.

Hello everyone, I've been a fan of 4chan and Reddit for over a decade, for one thing mainly; anything goes, anonymous board.

Today so many places are restricted and require some type of personal information (name, phone number, e-mail et cetera).

4chan used to be great, but has turned into a place full of douche bags in any NSFW section, and Reddit has withdrawn quite a bit from its open policy due to it growing so big that it got the media's attention, losing some of its credibility.


The project
I've been into web design for many years, having created countless online shops, forums, even torrent trackers. I am currently working on a website that will merge the ideas of both those sites, the anonymity of 4chan and the feature possibility of designing own sub domains of Reddit, with an overall user friendly forum appeal.

Some features so far
- Integrated VPN that will automatically give you a random IP upon signing in (kind of like Tor).
- Literally anything goes except (encouragement to violence, gore, child porn, viruses and beastiality).
- Main focus is Anime and Asian pop cultures, but will be friendly towards other interests as well, and the most popular mini sections will get their own theme and features.
- Torrent index with magnets only. (LATER FEATURE NOT TO BE LAUNCHED ON SAME DATE AS WEBSITE)
- Tuta.io only e-mail registration (encrypted e-mail service).
- No storage of IPs. (once you log-in from a new IP the prior one will be deleted entirely from the system.

- Anonymous posters will not have the VPN offer of registered user(s) unless they download their own VPN, but their IPs are stored behind a 2048 bit SSL encryption.
- A safe switch, similar to that of tumblr. To switch on and off the site's NSFW open guest board.

The idea
To create the most secure open board / torrent index to date. I have dedicated many hours and cash into this project, and had help from some very talented people, including an ex-coder from ThePirateBay.


With all this anonymity one might think that I am creating some type of jailbait gore heaven, but it won't be anything like that, adult discussions will be moderated and people under 18 will be restricted from entering, some type of security measure will be created (still grumbling on what) to keep it a family-friendly site, yet open for any discussion and file sharing.


The issue.
I am the sole developer of this website, except some help with security and features updates, and could need some good pointers on what to implement or what to scrap in an open-board to fit 2016's technology and anti-anonymity mindset.
