      Hello community,

       

      here is a plugin with there you can quick scope. It is for the External Hack.

      Simply copy the files in the folder of the External Hack v 1.7 for Black Ops.

       

      Description:

       

      This release contains QuickScope plugin for ExternalHack for Black Ops by Sph4ck.

      This release DOES NOT contain ExternalHack for Black Ops by Sph4ck, you have to download it separately.

       

      Note: VAC status of my plugin is undetected and it will never change, because it doesn't read/write game memory, inject dll etc. At the moment of the release ExternalHack v1.6.1 is also undetected. However, use it on your own risk.

       

      Features:

       

      - Full-auto and half-manual QuickScoping modes, which use ExternalHack for aiming - get flawl ( Im too stupid to write "lol" ) ( Im too stupid to write "lol" ) ( Im too stupid to write "lol" ) ( Im too stupid to write "lol" ) ( Im too stupid to write "lol" ) ( Im too stupid to write "lol" )ess frags in funnier way;

      Improvements over v1.0:

      Requirements:

      - Windows Vista or 7 with Aero activated;

      - Call of Duty - Black Ops in windowed mode;

      - ExternalHack for BlackOps by Sph4ck v1.6.1 or newer.

       

      Installation:

       

      1. Install ExternalHack, following supplied by Sph4ck instructions.

      2. Extract the "BOQSv1.2.rar" to the ExternalHack folder.

      3. If required, edit the "settings.ini" file in "QS_plugin" folder to adjust plugin functionality and change your key bindings:

      - The [General] section is used to enable/disable specific script functions;

      - The [Hotkeys] section refers to key configuration for use by this script only;

      - The [GameKeyBindings] section is where you tell the script what your INGAME key bindings are; make sure these match your setup;

      - The [ExternalHackKeyBindings] section is where you tell the script what your EXTERNALHACK key bindings are; make sure these match your setup.

       

       

      Usage:

       

      1. Double-click on "run_qs.bat". This will launch both modified version of ExternalHack and the plugin itself.

      2. Launch Black Ops (don't forget to run it in windowed mode).

      3. Toggle the QuickScope (default key is "alt+z") and, if required FoolProof (default key is "alt+x") features. To switch between different modes of QuickScope (full-auto and half-manual) press the toggle key several times. Each mode is indicated by specific "beep" sounds of different length and pitch.

      Note: half-manual mode is blocked by default due to its incompatibility with automatic weapons and some killstreaks (e.g. Chopper Gunner). You can unblock it in "settings.ini" file.

      4. Activate (default key is "alt+c") QuickSwitch if required.

      5. Toggle (default key is "alt+v") the correct mode according to your current sniper rifle.

      6. In full-auto mode press the aim button (right mouse button by default) once and get 1 frag, or if there are a lot of enemies you may hold it down and the shots will repeat as quick as possible. Half-manual mode requires you to zoom in by yourself and provides no auto-repeating.

       

      Detailed explanation of the mechanism:

       

      When you hold down the right mouse button (by default) with full-auto mode activated, the script performs the following actions:

      1. Zoom in.

      2. Start blocking mouse input (if FoolProof is activated).

      3. Start locking on the nearest to the crosshair target with aimbot.

      4. Wait 350 milliseconds for establishing the zoom.

      5. BANG!

      6. Stop blocking mouse input (if FoolProof is activated).

      7. Stop locking on the target.

      8. Zoom out.

      9. Wait 740 milliseconds to perform the shell-loading animation (for L96A1)/ 470 milliseconds to stable the crosshair (for semi-auto sniper rifles).

      10. Repeat from the first paragraph.

      When you press the left mouse button (by default) with half-manual mode activated, the script performs the following actions:

      1. Start locking on the nearest to the crosshair target with aimbot.

      2. Wait 50 milliseconds for establishing the aim.

      3. BANG!

      4. Stop locking on the target.

      1. Requirements

       

      * Windows XP, Vista, or 7 (32 or 64 bit)

      * Administrative Rights

      * Black Ops Ranked Server (Unranked untested and not supported)

      * RCON and GameServer's control panel access

      * g_logSync must equal 1, this is set automatically on server settings

      * g_logTimeStampInSeconds must equal 0, this is set automatically on server settings

       

       

      2. Installation

       

      * Download and extract the zipped file

      * Run the file Install.bat to install ActiveX controls, On Windows Vista/7 select: 'Run as Administrator'

      * Open the Black Tomato Mod (Run as admin recommended on Vista/7)

      * Upgrade from 0.0.1 to 0.0.2 IS NOT SUPPORTED

       

       

       

      3. Set-Up

       

      * The first screen you open will look like this:

      Server Abbreviation - Give your server a 3 letter name

       

      Ip - Your server's IP address

       

      Port - Your servers port, usually 3074

       

      Rcon Password - Your RCON password, this can be set in the GameServers Control Panel

       

      Log File URL - This is a URL that must be pasted from GameServers Control Panel. To get this login to your server and select info.

       

      Select View Log URL from the top and then paste the link they give you. you may need to be the server owner to view this.

       

       

       

       

       

      4. Players - Permissions

       

      * There are 4 default groups includes in the BETA, you can change, remove, delete, or add new groups at any time.

      * The default group with the checkmark indicates that group that EVERYONE on your server will have access to those commands.

      * To change the name of a group, double click on it

      * You can copy and paste lists in the commands list or use the available buttons to add or remove commands from the master list

      * WARNING: Do not give the default group access to certain commands (such as ban, kick, etc)

      * There is a hidden group OWNER, who has access to every command. This rank can be set by finding the player in the Player List and changing their group

       

       

       

      5. Messages

       

      * Timed Messages - Set the banner messages to be displayed in-game. Set the delay in between messages in the bottom right in seconds

      * Welcome Message - Sets the welcome message when people join a server.

      * Rules - Sets the rules for the !rules command

      * Reasons - Sets the in-game reasons and backend rcon: Each line = MSG#. To use in-game type: !say msg1 to display line 1

      * PM Settings - Set messages in-game to be displayed globally to everyone or as a private PM. You can also hide the message from being announced in-game for autokicks.

       

       

       

       

       

      6. Weapon Restrictions

       

      * Select all weapons/attachments/killstreaks/and other equitment as well as the 2nd chance perk that you want disabled on the server. You can select how many warns you want before they are kicked.

       

       

       

      7. Final Step

       

      * Your final step is to set yourself as the Owner of the server to have access to all commands, to do this go to the 'Player Tab' Now join the server and right click on your name. Set the group to 'Owner' and you are good to go!

       

       

       

      8. Tips

       

      * To check and make sure everything is working, type !cmd in the in-game chat and you should receive a PM with all the available commands

      * To set up other clan members in your clan use the !setgroup command, for example: !setgroup dan leader or !setgroup dan 1 will set 'The Dan' to the leader status.

      * You do not need to type full names, just partial names will work fine. If two players have similar names, you will receive a PM and you can execute the same command with their SLOT ID number. (!setgroup 1 leader)

    16. Call of Duty BlackOps Double XP Weekend!

      "Treyarch community manager Josh Olin has tweeted with news there will be a double XP weekend for Call of Duty: Black Ops starting this Friday. The double XP weekend coincides with the release of the First Strike map pack on consoles. First Strike is coming to PC sometime later this month. The event is set to run from 10am PST / 6pm GMT this Friday until the same time on Monday. Since every kill counts double, many lives could be spared for the same XP gain. This is not what will happen."
