I am confused
for a member contest,
whether staff or not we should all be able looked at as a members.
ranks should not matter for the contest

rules to think about also
- you can not make a new account to nominate yourself with
- you must be nominated by a member or staff
- you can not beg or ask other members to nominate you
- you must have atleast 20 posts to be nominated
