    hello. my friend open an account named "hack3452" and bought a vip membership. but then he couldnt sign in to forum. erorr vas incorret user name or password. and then he reset his password but same error occuring. can someone help pls

    Does he use the Forum Name to log in or his username he took at registering to GHBSys?

    He wont be albe to log in to the client with the Forum Name.

    he is using username. he tried to reset password and the username at the e-mail was same

     

    is this account need activation or reset or something else ?

    No...

     

    You use your USERNAME not Nickname and your password. If you are not able to login its because

    you are doing something wrong, typing wrong password or not typing your username and using nickname.
