    YES i have the same problem for the past 4 days ive been trying to purchase but i get this message from paypal screen Dieser Empfänger ist zurzeit nicht in der Lage, Geld zu empfangen. whatever that means

    ya i get same think im in North America tho does that affect anything? i get..;.....Dieser Empfänger ist zurzeit nicht in der Lage, Geld zu empfangen translated that and it said it means rcipient could not receive the money?
