    WINSCK.OCX register not work

    Because VB 08 has no Winsock i want to add it and I downloaded it

    Here

    than I dont it like its written there and typed in the cmd

    regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX

    But with that im getting this error :

    "\windows\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX" ist nicht eine ausführbare Datei und es ist kein Registrierungshilfeprogramm für diesen Dateityp registriert.

    (It`s German if you don`t speak german use google translator)

    I`m using windows XP and I already Tried

    regsvr32 MSWINSCK.OCX

    but this is also not working -.-

     

    I already googled it but nothing found.

    I hope you can help me O.o and sry for my bad english.
