V.I.P - Warrock

I'm trying to find were to purchase the V.I.P for Warrock that Maxn has made, I don't know were to look and I'm a bit of a newbie here for starters.

I checked the left hand side "Buy V.I.P" However buying that only grants you accsess to the Private Part of the forums and I don't want that.

 

Can anyone help me were to find the V.I.P for the Hack, I've got the Public V17 and also seen the features you get with V.I.P.
