my vip not work

3 days ago I turned into member vip paying his corresponding amount. Up to there all good, but at the moment of ejectuar the program of team_client jumps a message saying to me that there is a mistake.

What was the error message?.. If it was the Unauthorized GUID message, you need an admin to reset your GUID, worked for me.

 

Didn't fully understand your problem but I think that's what you meant.. Maybe screen-shot the error?..
