Well i've tried to speak with the coders and both agree that you should have paid attention when sending payments. If this was paypal it would be easy, but paysafecard is harder to transfer. So it is not possible. Next time please read carefully. Locked thread. If you want csgo hack you must buy cs go hack from payment system again. Good luck and apologize for this.
For future purchases we are going to be adding confirmation button to the payment system to try to prevent this from happening again.
