The loader dissapears

sorry if I'm not understanding something correctly. I seemed to have followed all the steps however after i unzip the file the loader just disappears. it is there for a few seconds then its just gone. my firewall and mcafe are also disabled.

Hiya! your antivirus is deleting it. You must disable your antivirus and then download the loader from guidtech. Then add that loader to the exception list.

But yea, you're antivirus is still on even though you think its off
